Bank Statement Loan
Our program provides Non-Qualified Mortgages with a variety of attractive options, including fully amortizing 15 & 30-Year Fixed Rate loans, 5/6 & 7/6 ARM options, as well as interest-only 40-year Fixed Rate and 5/6 & 7/6 ARM loans with a 40-year term. You can access loan amounts ranging from $100,000 to $4,000,000.
We offer flexible bank statement income documentation, allowing you to choose between:
24 Month Bank Statements, whether they are from personal or business accounts.
Alternatively, you can opt for 12 Month Bank Statements, also available for both personal and business accounts.
Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios of up to 55% with a 24-month standard documentation.
Impressive Loan-to-Value ratios (LTVs) reaching up to 90%, all without the need for Mortgage Insurance (MI).
These programs can be much lower-costing than financing with a HELOC, private money loans, or credit card.
With this range of options, we aim to provide you with the flexibility and accessibility you need to secure the mortgage that suits your specific circumstances.
